If there are ongoing proceedings before the Court, where you have a scheduled court date, you should have the opportunity to raise a change of arrangements at your next scheduled review.
If you think that a change to the arrangements or an interim Order is in the child's best interests, you can also formally apply to change arrangements in an application using Form C2.
