The summons will include a copy of the Application (usually a Form C1) and an acknowledgment of service.  It will also contain a Form C4 which you will need to complete (or give to your solicitor) for return to the Court within 14 days.

You may need to complete a supplemental information form (a form C1AA, if you have answered 'Yes' to question 7 of the C4). If you wish to keep your address confidential, also complete Form C5

 

You will be required to attend a First Directions Hearing on the date specified on the Summons.
