Leave to Apply
You will need to apply for a Contact Order and will need permission, known as leave, from the Court to apply. You will need to complete a Form C2 and pay a fee.
Some courts allow applicants to file their Form C1 alongside their Form C2. Check with your local court office to find out whether you can file them together.
If the Court grants permission, the application for contact will be heard.
