C2 Application in the family Care Centre or High Court
You can use FORM C2 to make an application to the Court for either of the following:
(1) for leave to commence proceedings
(2) for an order or directions in existing proceedings
(3) to be joined as, or cease to be, a party in existing family proceedings.
